I entered the real estate field in 1977. I have worked in a number of facets of real estate including residential and commercial sales, residential and commercial development, commercial leasing, appraisal, and property management.
I joined the firm of Coldwell Banker DuFour Realty as a broker in 1997. My prime area of focus is commercial and investment property brokerage and commercial leasing. I am a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) of the National Association of Realtors Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute.
I have been active in the community and am associated with a number of successful business ventures. I have served on the Rotary Club of Chico Board of Directors and as Treasurer of the Rotary Club of Chico Foundation.
I have served on the Chico Association of Realtors Board of Directors and have served as Treasurer, Vice President, and President. I was named Realtor of the Year by the Chico Association of Realtors in 2003. I am also a member of the Northern California CCIM Chapter.
